We assure food quality and safety using supplier's evaluation, researching and understanding the quality laboratory test and continuously analyzing potentials new threat (antibiotics, chemical agents, microbiological, physical, radiological, allergens and food safety).
Apicola Danangie team permanently works to keep the quality standards and to study the new demands from the market to improve the Argentinian honey quality.
We receive annual audits from National authorities as SENASA, also from our European and USA Clients, and from external companies as True Source Honey.
We apply the Food Safety Plan and the Food Defense Plan required by FDA to export food to USA.
We perform annual meetings with the beekeepers where we discus: Good Manufacturing Practices, Bees health and flora calendars, Good manufacturing practices in the extractions facilities, cost and profitability, etc.
We work side by side with our suppliers to get maximum honey quality. We share with them the wish to improve and we make their goals our own.
